Complete demo of men's and women's locker rooms. We installed new, state-of-the-art plumbing fixtures and new mechanical room with four, on-demand water heaters and a 100-gallon storage tank.
Installation of new ADA bathrooms, steam pipes, chemical pipes, gas pipe, compressed air, and water filtration system. The site consists of new drain lines for 16 washing machines, a gas pipe to 8 dryers, and a steam pipe from a steam boiler to all press equipment. We piped chemical lines to chemical wash machines and installed 2, 100-gallon, 98%-efficient water heaters.
Right Way installed all the plumbing, storm, deck, and roof drains, as well as the range hoods and bathroom venting. They followed up with tenant improvements in the commercial spaces. The project consists of an 80-unit, 5-story condo complex with two levels of underground parking. Harris Square took one year to complete and covers one city block.
Right Way Plumbing and Heating installed the plumbing and reverse osmosis for the addition of 12 new dialysis stations. Reverse osmosis, also known as hyper filtration, is the finest filtration known. Water plays an important, life-sustaining role for dialysis patients, and as such, the water used for this critical function must be of special quality. Dialysis stations also include oxygen lines, vacuum suction, medical gas lines, and drains for hot and cold water.
This is a 120-unit, 4-story hotel that Right Way installed with complete HVAC gas piping and pool dehumidification systems. It features a Bryant high-efficiency heat pump, and Reznor heating and cooling systems.
Home features a 5-ton, water-to-water Econar geothermal heat pump with polyethylene geothermal tubes. Efficiencies up to 300% make this one of the most sensible choices for heating and cooling.
We installed a Solarroofs.com, 60-square-foot, hot-water solar system with an 80-gallon, solar, hot-water holding tank with electric back-up. (Notice the small PV panel to the left of the hot water panels — it runs the pump when the sun shines, requiring no outside energy to run system).
Installation of 40-square-foot, Solarroofs.com, hot-water panels with an 80-gallon holding tank and complemented with a Navien, tankless water heater to bring the water to the final temperature.
Consists of four Skyline 20-01 Solar Hot Water Collectors. A 120-gallon single-coil solar water heater system is a closed loop OG 300 glycol freeze zone package. The system includes a state-of-the-art photovoltaic pump with no moving parts or need for external energy. The package will pay for itself in approximately three years, making free hot water in the summer and supplementing in the winter up to 25%.
Consists of a 2kW system designed by Sunwise. On this project, we installed 10, 200-watt Sony H.I.T PV panels that make 2,000 watts per year and saves 3,000 pounds of carbon dioxide from being released into the atmosphere.
3,000-square-foot timber frame home with prefabricated exterior panels and roof. We installed an ultra-efficient Bryant heat pump system complemented by a Navien, 98%-efficient, on-demand water heater.
Complete plumbing and venting of 50-unit, low-income apartment complex. This complex took six months to complete and consists of 50, one-bath units, two of the units are ADA equipped. Venting was done for all the range hoods and bathroom fans. The two laundry rooms have 2, 100-gallon solar hot water holding tanks that give the tenants free hot water to wash with.
